I haven't played Super Noah's Ark 3D, but I understand that it's made with the same Super Nintendo Wolfenstein 3D engine. I've rented and beaten The Super Nintendo Wolfenstein 3D game. The Super Nintendo Wolfenstein 3D game was somewhat censored:
-Dogs were replaced with giant rats.
-All swastikas were removed
-Hitler's name was changed to Stadtmeister (State Master)
According to somebody's web site, a software company responded to this censorship of The Super Nintendo Wolfenstein 3D game by making Super Noah's Ark 3D. It supposedly was the only unauthorized/unlicensed Super Nintendo game and the pictures of it show that it's a strange-looking cartridge.
While NCAA Basketball isn't a shooting game, it is 3D.
