[edit]The album was out on 11 May [5 • • Shabareesh Varma is a versatile Indian talent known for his work as a lyricist, singer, and actor in both Malayalam and Tamil films. He gained recognition with his debut in Alphonse Putharens acclaimed film Neram, where he shot to fame for his lyrics in the song Pistah, which was also used as the promotional song for the Indian Premier League. Born to P.K Nandan Varma and Sulekha Varma in North Paravur, Ernakulam, Shabareesh Varma pursued his education at SAE Institute in Chennai, where he graduated in Audio Engineering and Music Production. After completing his graduation from MES College Marampally, Aluva, he gained experience in the film industry by working on various films, including notable ones like Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Ye Maaya Chesave, Nadunisi Naaygal, Pizza, Soodhu Kavvum, Pizza II: Villa, and Jigarthanda. His acting journey began with short films, such as Cling-Cling and Neram (short film), in which he played the protagonist opposite Vijay Sethupathi as Vatti Raja.
